We want you to be fully satisfied with your NuPhy mechanical keyboards and accessories. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging, including all keycaps, switches, cables, and tools that were included in the box.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our designated warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
